D1A Rugby: D1A Rugby produces 19 players for upcoming MJAA Camp

LAFAYETTE, Colo. – Fifty U20 athletes have accepted Head Coach JD Stephenson’s invitation to the Jan. 13-16 AIG Men’s Junior All-American Developmental Camp at the Chula Vista Elite Athletic Training Center in California, and 19 of the attendees will represent eight different D1A Rugby schools.

Arizona’s Steven Branham and Lindenwood’s Malon Al-Jiboori, Lorenzo Thomas and Chance Wenglewski return to the fold after aiding in the Men’s Junior All-Americans 19-18 win over Rugby Canada in Round Rock, Tex. last February. Additionally, Stephenson has called on a number of players who excelled during December’s AIG U19 Men’s Junior All-American Developmental Team, including Colorado’s Jack Miller and Life’s Karem Odeh.
